Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, coordinate, and mature internal compliance and governance processes, monitoring day-to-day CGOV operations and identifying process improvements.
  • •Set up and maintain engagement structures (milestones, folder organization, communication channels, templates, and meeting facilitation) to support collaboration.
  • •Support audit/exam readiness including pre-planning, status reporting, tracking requests/timelines/milestones, and monitoring remediation activities.
  • •Manage compliance dashboards intake and create/monitor dashboards for new or decommissioned needs.
  • •Support reporting and analytics by gathering insights and data, producing written reports, delivering presentations, and communicating results and changes to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • •At least 3 years of Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management experience
  • •At least 1 year of Financial Services experience
  • •At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite
  • •Preferred: proficiency with query and data visualization tools (Tableau) and experience using AI tools (Gemini, Workspace Studio, NotebookLM)
