Telecommunications Technician

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet networks, including associated wiring and equipment, while maintaining and repairing outside plant facilities. Work in outside plant environments such as poles, manholes, and controlled vaults, locate buried telephone cables, and follow safety rules. Provide professional, customer-facing support and support sales/marketing activities with referrals. Handle varied schedules including weekends, nights, holidays, on-call rotations, and occasional work out of town.
