Key Responsibilities

  • •Solve complex product reliability and device problems using subject matter expertise.
  • •Define best-known methods for product reliability measurements and drive measurement framework enhancements.
  • •Collaborate with PE and GQ to improve test coverage for RMA and BE fails and to enhance infrastructure and systems for event prevention.
  • •Lead process improvements to achieve high PTS yield, improve PG yield and automotive AE% yield, and monitor DPM at the component/module level to meet TTMDPM/TTMUE targets.
  • •Manage qualified and customer sample quality and schedules to ensure time to market.
