NF Baler Operator

Set up, operate, and maintain the baler to safely process materials by shaping, forming, and compressing scrap while meeting Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Adjust equipment settings, perform inspections before and after processing, install and select components (dies, molds, cutters), and document production data. Support internal controls by following policies and reporting operational issues, malfunctions, and noncompliance. Work onsite in scrap-yard conditions with potential schedule variability.
