Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the general contractor to build and establish the master project schedule based on the Critical Path (P6 cost/resource loaded schedule).
  • •Create and establish the master project budget, including hard/soft costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, and allowances.
  • •Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, and recommendations.
  • •Manage cost/change control, including change order review, negotiation, recommendations, and delay analysis.
  • •Coordinate design team activities, owner-direct vendors and consultants, QA/QC, documentation control, cash flow projections, and project closeout/inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
  • •Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a solid track record of leading capital projects.
  • •5 or more years of related experience.
  • •Ability to lead vendor compliance to construction agreements while managing project budget and schedule.
  • •Experience coordinating approvals, permitting, and constructability review of project documents.
