Key Responsibilities

•Lead backend architectural design and implementation of scalable, secure, high-performance systems for enterprise-grade applications.
•Design, develop, and deliver Spring Boot applications and microservices aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals.
•Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, ensure scalability/performance, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
•Establish quality assurance practices including unit testing and identify/resurface performance bottlenecks proactively.
•Mentor backend developers and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Requirements

•7 to 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years as a lead backend developer or equivalent leadership role.
•Proven experience designing and delivering backend solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
•Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working with global teams.
•Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills with technical ownership and delivery excellence.
•Deep expertise in Java (8+), Spring Framework (Spring Boot/MVC/Data), and microservices architecture with Spring Cloud and RESTful APIs.
