Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, audit, and execute multi-country payroll across 15+ countries, including inputs, validation, approvals, funding coordination, reconciliations, statutory filings, and post-payroll activities.
  • •Lead payroll calendar and operating cadence across countries, managing dependencies, cutoffs, exceptions, and risks to ensure on-time payment.
  • •Partner with local in-country payroll providers to meet regional pay schedules and statutory processing windows.
  • •Oversee international equity compensation payroll (RSUs and stock options) and ensure regulatory compliance across tax jurisdictions, benefits, and reporting requirements.
  • •Act as functional lead for payroll technology initiatives, using Workday to automate workflows, optimize configurations, build custom reporting, and implement global payroll solutions while maintaining global payroll controls/SOX readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech environment with a global footprint.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency with Workday Payroll (reporting, configuration, and integrations) and global payroll platforms.
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex analysis, reconciliation, and audit modeling.
  • •Deep understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, international labor laws, and multi-currency payroll distribution.
