Coordinate and support the Financial Reporting group within Asset Servicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting, managing team workflow, communicating new procedures, handling high volumes to meet client deadlines, and escalating critical issues to leadership. Acts as a subject-matter expert and mentor, with potential client-facing and cross-team collaboration across NT’s global network.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensures that the team/divisions goals for accuracy and timeliness are maintained.
•Plans and manages the team workflow to accomplish critical tasks on time.
•Ensures that new procedures are effectively communicated and training is administered where needed.
•Manages volumes of tasks to meet client deadlines.
•Escalates relevant and critical issues to management and all pertinent partners in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in financial statement preparation or financial reporting in an audit firm or financial institution.
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
•Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly desirable.
•Background in accounting/regulatory/statutory reporting will be preferred.
•Ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate cross-functional teams.
