Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, redline, and negotiate key terms for professional services agreements, MSAs, work orders, NDAs, and supply contracts
  • •Identify potential liabilities early and recommend contract modifications to mitigate risk
  • •Own the contract lifecycle from initial drafting and review through execution and compliance monitoring
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between legal, insurance brokers, and project leads to resolve contractual roadblocks
  • •Help build and refine contract management systems and internal policies to strengthen global risk handling

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience in paralegal, contract analyst, or contract specialist commercial risk roles within construction or commercial real estate
  • •Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of complex commercial contracts
  • •Experience drafting, reviewing, and supporting bespoke contract schedules and clauses
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing high-level stakeholder relationships
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
