Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently architect comprehensive, management-focused solutions and proposal content for large federal IT programs following best-practice methodologies.
  • •Analyze solicitation requirements and create high-quality approach content for transition, IT program/project management, recruiting/retention, and IT performance/quality management aligned to the win strategy.
  • •Conceptualize and collaborate with graphic artists to produce complex proposal graphics and slide decks that depict processes, relationships, dependencies, and solution concepts.
  • •Iteratively review proposal content and coach other architects and authors to drive quality and continual improvement.
  • •Lead the strategy and “why us” story for competitive, prime federal IT proposals focused on corporate growth opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 8+ years (or commensurate) experience creating management solutions for prime, competitive Federal IT proposals as a solution architect or volume lead.
  • •Critical thinking across the opportunity lifecycle—analyze complex solicitations and synthesize customer requirements and priorities quickly (e.g., in about a day).
  • •Proven ability to own one or more sections of a competitive Federal proposal and build solutions from the ground up with customer and domain SMEs, adjusting rapidly to new direction.
  • •Ability to write, review, direct, and craft proposal sections into persuasive content from loosely formed concepts across management topics and domains.
  • •Working understanding of the Federal procurement process and proposal development best practices, including “think-draw-write” approaches.
