Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in crop insurance and claims adjusting.
  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
  • •Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
  • •Ability to walk agricultural fields up to 3 miles, climb storage bins up to 25 feet, lift 25–50 lbs., and work outdoors in varying conditions.
  • •Strong communication skills, strong organization and prioritization, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
