Job Summary

Maintain and repair industrial equipment, tools, and machinery under the Maintenance Manager’s direction. Perform repairs and adjustments, dismantle and rebuild components, and conduct preventive maintenance to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. Read blueprints and wiring diagrams, install wiring and conduit, support installation of new plant equipment, and maintain uptime while improving reliability and operating efficiency of plant systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform overall maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
•Make repairs and adjustments, dismantle machinery as needed, and replace defective components.
•Operate shop tools and maintenance-related machines according to skill level.
•Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure efficient, safe operation of all equipment.
•Support installation of new plant equipment, including wiring and conduit work; maintain housekeeping and safety programs.

Key Requirements

•At least three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
•Strong electrical background, including familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers and 480V motors.
•Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs to conveyor systems.
•Basic hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members; must be able to work overtime.
