Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management services for data center construction projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Act as the primary client contact for commercial and cost management matters, managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, cost reports, cash flow analyses, and financial performance metrics.
  • •Establish and maintain project controls, cost reporting processes, and governance across project workstreams.
  • •Oversee quantity surveying, estimating, change management, and the review/negotiation of change orders, claims, and commercial risk events.
