Coordinator Rider Engagement

Own and improve rider performance across assigned zones within the city by monitoring compliance, identifying performance gaps, and driving improvement plans. Lead rider recruitment and manage the rider roster, including shift and break allocation. Supervise onboarding and training schedules with the relevant trainers and supervisors, coach and warn riders based on individual performance, reduce customer complaints, and audit rider behavior and fleet appearance through on-ground visits.
