Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic manufacturing projects for capacity expansion, operational excellence, automation, cost optimization, new product introductions, manufacturing transfers, localization, and footprint improvements.
  • •Develop and identify project management methodology, best practices, and standards; monitor compliance with engineering standards and company policies.
  • •Create long- and short-term plans with milestone targets, manage project schedules, and ensure delivery against deadlines.
  • •Perform quality control on deliverables and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • •Manage project risks and issues, implement corrective actions, and report/escalate to management as needed to meet budget, schedule, and scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •At least 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years leading cross-functional projects with responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables.
  • •Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing transfers, process optimization, and capacity expansion projects.
  • •Advanced project management methodologies (Waterfall, Stage-Gate, Agile) and experience with planning/scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera).
