Job Summary

Drive business transformation for Global Programs & Operations by identifying and developing AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. Lead AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and adoption initiatives, and analyze processes to design future-state workflows using AI, automation, and analytics. Gather requirements and user stories, build governance and operational playbooks, and partner with IT, stakeholders, and vendors. Create AI-enabled dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
•12+ years of experience in business analysis, program operations, business operations, strategy & operations, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
•Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and leveraging AI technologies.
•Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Vertex AI, Gemini, AI Agents, and workflow automation platforms.
•Strong understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, and business process automation.
