Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and stockroom standards to ensure the store is clean, safe, inviting, and efficiently operating.
  • •Assist with operations-focused directives and projects with the Operations & Visual Management team while leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies.
