Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming venue experience by greeting guests, scanning and verifying tickets, answering questions, and assisting with seating and special needs. Resolve guest issues, guide guests during emergencies, and support authenticity checks for entries. You’ll also participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts and help with closing tasks after the show.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets at entry, answer questions, assist with locating seats, and examine tickets for entry.
•Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable venue environment.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and assist guests with special needs and seat accommodations.
•Verify authenticity of tickets/passes and help direct guests to exits during emergencies.
•Support venue recycling/sustainability efforts and assist with closing tasks and event equipment handling after the show.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy for handling guest interactions.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
