Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, scan tickets at entry, answer questions, assist with locating seats, and examine tickets for entry.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable venue environment.
  • •Resolve guest complaints or problems and assist guests with special needs and seat accommodations.
  • •Verify authenticity of tickets/passes and help direct guests to exits during emergencies.
  • •Support venue recycling/sustainability efforts and assist with closing tasks and event equipment handling after the show.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
  • •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy for handling guest interactions.
  • •Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
