Job Summary

Lead the operational design and execution of initiatives that attract, develop, and prepare future UAE National (UAEN) talent for successful careers at Emirates Group. Partner with Strategy, Learning & Talent, HR Business Partnerships, and Recruitment to build an aligned early-talent funnel across markets. Own scouting and high-potential identification, oversee program delivery and career readiness frameworks (including the UAEN Careers Passport), and coordinate stakeholders across academia and industry.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage business owners and senior stakeholders to translate UAEN talent priorities into a structured annual development plan with measurable outcomes.
•Lead operational design and governance of the UAEN early talent funnel, aligning Emiratisation goals across local and international markets.
•Manage development and execution of scouting, headhunting, and high-potential identification strategies with Recruitment and Learning & Talent, connecting students to mentors and career opportunities.
•Oversee operational planning and delivery of UAEN development initiatives, including launching new initiatives bridging academic learning with industry needs.
•Provide strategic oversight for student and trainee support mechanisms, including personalised learning plans, career readiness frameworks, and implementation of the UAEN Careers Passport and career advising strategy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Early Careers development, Talent Development, or related fields.

•Experience working with UAE National development initiatives and stakeholders (e.g., universities, government entities).
•Ability to work with data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
