Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily field operations for remediation, demolition, excavation, cap placement, trenching, and site restoration activities.
  • •Supervise union and non-union equipment operators, laborers, teamsters, drillers, and subcontractors on active project sites.
  • •Oversee remediation system operations (monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization) and support vapor intrusion mitigation and groundwater sampling.
  • •Enforce AECOM safety policies and project Health and Safety Plans; ensure compliance with applicable OSHA and state regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain daily logs and production/safety/equipment documentation; support regulatory documents, progress/closure reports, and coordinate with inspectors and client representatives.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Strong background supervising and managing heavy equipment operations and directing field crews on complex environmental cleanup projects.
  • •Environmental remediation fieldwork experience (oil and gas experience strongly preferred).
  • •Demonstrated field safety knowledge and ability to enforce work plans, construction specifications, and environmental controls.
  • •Ability to create clear daily logs, field reports, and regulatory/documentation deliverables.
