Coordinate the day-to-day ordering and delivery of materials, directing warehouse and facilities activities while ensuring sales order processing is fast and accurate. Supervise stocking crews, schedule and dispatch drivers and crews to maximize efficiency, monitor labor costs, and oversee payroll accuracy. Train staff on safe job performance, manage required compliance programs, and help maintain clean, safe front counter/dispatch and yard/warehouse areas.
