Key Responsibilities

•Design RF microwave components and phased array applications
•Integration and test of component-level and system-level phased array hardware
•Some travel to integration sites, plus customer and subcontractor facilities, as required
•Provide technical support to production activities and assist with cost and schedule management
•Contribute to proposals and present findings to stakeholders, leveraging strong technical and leadership skills

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Microwave/RF system, subsystem and component analysis, design and test
•Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab
•Hands-on design and testing of microwave components and phased array hardware, including integration and test at both component and system levels
•Background in analog CCAs including frequency conversion, automatic gain control, amplifier design and analog filter design
•Active DoD security clearance (Secret) or ability to obtain interim clearance; U.S. citizenship required
