Assistant Store Manager I

Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development for a luxury retail store. Lead on the sales floor by delivering Coach service standards and resolving customer issues as a brand ambassador. Recruit, onboard, and coach team members, support omni-channel and digital clienteling initiatives, and ensure compliance across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and merchandising. Collaborate with district and corporate teams to shape store strategy.
