Maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts at a Raleigh rental facility, using diagnostics to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. Manage work orders, parts, and service intervals while training junior technicians and ensuring safe, compliant maintenance on the newest fleet to support construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models.
•Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
•Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment.
•Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed.
•Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis.
