Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain safe plant operations by following safety, health, and environmental procedures (including Lockout Tagout, Job Safety Analysis, Confined Space, Hot Work, electrical safety, and PPE).
  • •Inspect, repair, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and control systems.
  • •Perform low, medium, and high voltage switching and grounding for auxiliary plant equipment.
  • •Monitor and control power plant systems, execute shutdowns/startups, and respond to alarms and equipment issues.
  • •Maintain equipment records in Maximo and perform routine and emergency maintenance/compliance activities as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education or GED equivalent.
  • •Minimum of 3 years working as an Electrician or Technician in an energy or OIL & Gas related industry.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical circuits (low-voltage control/power through high-voltage substation and switchyard equipment).
  • •Perform calibrations and maintenance of field instrumentation.
  • •Demonstrate effective oral and verbal communication skills.
