Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Engineering Manager to refine the Salesforce platform’s technical vision and break it into an executable, sequenced action plan.
  • •Own cross-cutting platform security posture, including access control frameworks, Connected Apps governance, and vulnerability remediation.
  • •Own CI/CD deployment pipelines and release-engineering programs, championing automation and improving developer experience.
  • •Own platform data governance and compliance standards, including GDPR data deletion, retention, and archival strategy.
  • •Maintain and grow observability, manage org limits and platform-level production risk, and guide AI operations direction for agent registry, observability, and evaluation baselines.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical leadership experience delivering and operating Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale with a platform-engineering mindset.
  • •Depth and breadth of knowledge as a Salesforce developer, comfortable planning and delegating execution to capable engineers.
  • •Hands-on ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release-engineering modernization across major release cycles, including GitHub, SFDX, and test automation.
  • •Ability to make code and design decisions across multiple teams and lead/facilitate architecture discussions.
  • •Expertise in distributed systems architecture and scaling/hardening shared platforms with proven security posture ownership; exposure to AI/agent platforms such as Agentforce is a plus.
