Key Responsibilities

  • •Support teams delivering land referencing, land access, landowner/stakeholder engagement, and statutory processes.
  • •Identify landowners, occupiers, and other parties with interests in land using land registry research and interpretation.
  • •Coordinate with landowners, land agents, legal representatives, planning authorities, stakeholders, contractors, and clients to secure access for surveys.
  • •Oversee compliance with statutory processes and ensure projects meet regulatory and legal obligations, including data security and privacy.
  • •Provide senior advice on land acquisition risks and opportunities, lead audits/quality assurance, and manage junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent experience in Geography, Land/Estate Management, Agriculture, or a relevant discipline.
  • •Experience delivering land referencing, land access, landowner engagement services, and statutory processes on major infrastructure projects.
  • •Track record developing Orders and/or acquiring consents and land interests, with knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • •Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across sectors and locations across Ireland and/or the UK.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with colleagues, landowners, and clients at all levels.
