Key Responsibilities

•Deliver sales targets within the On-Trade channel and ensure flawless execution of commercial plans and field activations.
•Monitor KPIs (volume, value, distribution, penetration) and drive action plans.
•Build sustainable relationships with key and potential customers and execute joint account business plans.
•Lead, coach, and develop field teams, including managing performance and feedback cycles.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, and provide accurate field reporting and insights.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in On-Trade or FMCG environments.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams with performance feedback cycles.
•Strong analytical thinking, planning, and business development skills.
•Fluent English and proficiency with MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
