•Define and implement comprehensive fraud risk strategies across the platform and user base.
•Enhance detection scope for key risk areas (e.g., ATO, credit card fraud, emerging scams) and improve risk governance with engineering.
•Monitor and report critical risk KPIs, oversee risk strategy management quality and stability, and optimize risk cost efficiency (including vendor cost management).
•Support transaction screening and monitoring and other Compliance requirements through project management and innovation; optimize rule complexity while maintaining compliance effectiveness.
•Lead and manage the risk strategy team, drive organizational changes, and leverage AI/LLMs to automate and improve risk detection/prevention workflows.
