Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive fleet operations strategies aligned to long-term business objectives.
  • •Provide technical leadership across domestic and international fleets and lead fleet transformation initiatives.
  • •Ensure operational readiness for new routes, bases, and fleet changes.
  • •Maintain compliance with aviation legislation, regulatory requirements, and company operating standards.
  • •Lead and develop pilots and operational leaders, including overseeing CAAC processes and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in a complex airline operations or fleet management leadership role.
  • •Qualified Pilot credentials.

  • •Strong knowledge of the Civil Aviation Act, Regulations and associated aviation requirements.
  • •Proven people leadership experience and people/influencing skills to lead large-scale operational change and transformation.
