Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architectural Technology, Architectural Engineering, Building Physics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Structural Engineering (achieved or on track for a 2:1 minimum) or an MSc in Façade Engineering.
  • •Understanding of the technical aspects of building surveying, with a genuine interest in the real estate and built environment.
  • •Ability to investigate and diagnose façade issues through detailed inspections.
  • •Willingness to drive may be necessary in some regional roles due to client office locations.
  • •For Defence arena roles, pass a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance (process begins after accepting an offer).
