Key Requirements

  • •8 to 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a master’s degree, or equivalent.
  • •Strong background in development engineering of AI & server enterprise compute, storage, and networking architectures, including hardware/software interaction to resolve issues.
  • •Expertise in root cause analysis and defect resolution using skilled configuration and use of signal integrity lab equipment (e.g., high-speed oscilloscopes and PCIe analyzers).
  • •Ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to achieve results.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
