  • •Drive a disciplined operating cadence (pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, account planning) and ensure strong CRM adoption and data quality.
  • •Drive deal strategy, deliver revenue growth in Japan (expansion and new logo acquisition), and build executive relationships for retention, expansion, and multi-year growth.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, account management, or business development serving industrial verticals.
  • •5+ years of experience in change management, including implementing new sales models and techniques to transform sales culture.
  • •Strong hands-on experience implementing and coaching modern sales methodologies (MEDDPIC preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix organization and mobilize cross-functional teams to progress opportunities and close deals.
  • •Strong sales management experience using CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to ensure visibility into sales cadence.
