Job Summary

Provide steady-state support for the email and collaboration infrastructure, handling on-call duties, escalations, and critical issues. Configure and maintain security policies (e.g., DLP and Defender for Office 365), perform monitoring and maintenance, and use ITSM tools for incident/change/problem management.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide steady-state support for the email and collaboration infrastructure, including on-call responsibilities, escalations, and critical issue handling.
•Support and maintain Microsoft 365 messaging and related services (Exchange Online, security/compliance, Power Platform governance, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams).
•Administer security and compliance controls in Microsoft 365, including data classification/sensitivity labeling, DLP, insider risk, and Defender policy tuning.
•Configure and manage SharePoint Online and collaboration components, including permissions, site collection administration, and retention/search-related settings.
•Use monitoring tools and analytics to track usage, performance, and compliance metrics; maintain documentation and generate reports.

Key Requirements

•Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview administration, resolving complex technical issues with minimal disruption.
•Apply data governance, security, and compliance knowledge within Microsoft 365, including data classification, sensitivity labeling, DLP, and insider risk management.
•Configure and fine-tune anti-phishing, anti-spam, and anti-malware policies in Defender for Office 365.
•Have in-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, permissions models, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem administration.
•Use ITSM tools/platform to manage Request, Incident, Change, and problem management.
