Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned Egypt mobile/online banking initiatives across the product lifecycle, representing country requirements throughout.
  • •Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, customer journeys, acceptance criteria, and MVP/release scope; align Egypt priorities with the group backlog and Digital 3.0 roadmap.
  • •Build business cases and commercialization/go-to-market plans, define KPIs for launches, and drive in-app cross-sell and product discovery.
  • •Plan and oversee UAT, manage defect follow-up and launch acceptance, and coordinate required governance/approvals (including CBE notifications and InfoSec/penetration-testing dependencies).
  • •Drive adoption and engagement through targeted in-app placement and communications, analyze feedback/usage analytics, and run post-launch performance reviews with corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in digital banking, fintech, digital product management, product ownership, digital channels, business analysis, or product commercialization.
  • •Strong understanding of mobile/internet banking journeys and Retail Banking products (accounts, deposits, cards, payments, transfers, and digital servicing).
  • •Hands-on experience with business requirements, user stories, Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, UAT, release management, and go-to-market execution.
  • •Excellent command of English and Arabic, with strong analytical, presentation, stakeholder-management, negotiation, and written communication skills.
