Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet patients, place outbound scheduling calls, and provide first-level support including answering questions and checking patients in/out.
  • •Schedule and confirm appointments, collect patient intake forms, and maintain patient files/notes.
  • •Verify insurance benefits and authorization for each patient and complete benefit checks.
  • •Process payments, handle patient orders, verify pick up, and enter information into the system.
  • •Support clinic operations including managing inventory, cleanliness of equipment, processing repairs under licensed supervision, preparing bank deposits and daily finance reports, and assisting with monthly community outreach events.
