Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and supervise warehouse staff across receiving, shipping, and storage while ensuring SOPs and safety regulations are followed.
  • •Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock transfers, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
  • •Train warehouse personnel on inventory procedures, safety regulations, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Coordinate inventory movements and material handling within the warehouse and with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Quality.
  • •Monitor warehouse performance, optimize storage and space utilization, and support/lead process improvements, system implementations, and corrective actions.
