Build trusted relationships with private clients by assessing financial wellness needs, gathering client data, and delivering tailored investment and insurance recommendations. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to clients by identifying financial wellness opportunities and delivering customized recommendations through investment and insurance referrals.
•Assess client financial needs, gather and document client data, and help clients achieve confidence in their financial wellness goals.
•Develop and maintain a client referral pipeline by prospecting, identifying centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
•Build strong in-person partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
•Open personal and business accounts, support branch operations including teller transactions as needed, ensure compliance with operational/risk/security/audit policies, and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly, plus demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence (required).
•FINRA License S6 and S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and life and health insurance licenses upon hire (required).
