Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate receipt and shipment of vehicles, equipment, and repair parts turned in by Army units.
  • •Develop and manage shipment schedules to avoid bottlenecks during mass turn-in operations.
  • •Liaise with unit supply personnel, warehouse staff, and drivers to ensure smooth cargo flow.
  • •Prepare shipping/receiving documents and enter movement data into Army logistics/transportation systems.
  • •Maintain shipping and receiving logs, track movement metrics, and provide daily/weekly status reports while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of transportation or logistics coordination, ideally in an Army contractor or military environment.
  • •Familiarity with Army regulations including AR 55-355, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DTR 4500.9-R.
  • •Experience with Army transportation systems such as TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and prepare Army transportation documentation and forms (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1149).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong organizational/scheduling skills.
