Drive productivity and operating leverage across Agent Development by identifying bottlenecks, building metrics, and shipping improvements. Standardize day-to-day operations with documented playbooks and SOPs, scale the function using AI-native tools and workflows, and create feedback loops from the field. Own onboarding, ramp, and continuous enablement, partnering cross-functionally to turn ad hoc practices into repeatable systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify what’s slowing Agent Development down, build productivity metrics, and ship changes that increase productivity.
•Define, document, and maintain playbooks and SOPs for both internal and external Agent Development processes.
•Use AI-native tools and workflows to scale manual, repeatable work across the team.
•Capture feedback from the field and feed it into onboarding, SOPs, playbooks, and tooling.
•Build and continuously improve onboarding curriculum, ramp plan, and ongoing enablement engine.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar role at a top-tier or high-growth technology company.
•Experience designing onboarding, training, or ramp programs and turning ad hoc practice into documented, repeatable processes.
•Strong analytical rigor to build metrics and frameworks that measure productivity and ramp progress.
•Comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing environments, structuring open-ended problems and driving them to resolution.
•Strong communication and influence skills to act as a trusted partner to Agent Dev leadership.
