HR Generalist - Pipe Yard

Provide day-to-day HR business partnering for the Pipe Yard & Fabrication team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Support associate engagement, retention, workforce planning, and performance management for hourly associates and exempt leaders. Manage HR policies and workplace relations, support recruiting and onboarding, maintain HR metrics, and coach leaders on corrective action and talent development. Partner with EHS and site leadership to reinforce safety culture and drive training and change management initiatives.
