Serve as a Box Office Agent for events in the Denver area, supporting Ticketmaster host operations, will call, and guest list procedures. Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable customer service and troubleshoot night-of-show issues, coordinating with Guest Services on ADA-related needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Comply with Live Nation cash handling policies and procedures, including balancing and reconciling ticket sales.
•Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable customer service for guests and event attendees.
•Facilitate night-of-show Will Call and Guest List operations.
•Troubleshoot night-of-show issues (e.g., transfers, barcodes, account issues) and operate Ticketmaster host system for sales and other tasks.
•Follow opening/closing shift procedures and coordinate with Guest Services/Operations on ADA requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.29 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of cash handling and balancing/reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales.
•In-person customer service experience with the ability to communicate and work well with others in a high-volume, stressful environment.
•Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and point of sale systems.
•Flexible schedule including days/nights, weekends, and holidays.
•High School Diploma.
