Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide follow-up coaching and supervision for DHIS2-based HMIS, including maintaining a feedback and issues register and supporting after-action review and system adjustments.
  • •Support collection and reconciliation of financial documents related to coaching and supervision activities.
  • •Support user-centered design for data use tools (dashboards) to improve data for action.
  • •Support DHIS2 institutionalization activities, including private-sector HMIS form development/orientation, training support, and development of user guides and job aides.
  • •Report weekly to the Health Systems coordinator, participate in internal meetings, prepare monthly activity reports, and contribute to technical discussions on APIs for data integration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ work experience in health information systems development, information management, database development, and ICT.
  • •Specific knowledge of transitioning the national HMIS to the DHIS2 platform in Cambodia.
  • •Experience with DHIS2 as a health management information system.
  • •Strong reporting and communication skills, with the ability to develop training materials and mentor staff on DHIS2 use.
