Job Summary

Lead maintenance supervisors and drive building and equipment maintenance to minimize mechanical downtime and keep production lines running. Implement world-class maintenance systems such as root cause analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, and TPM, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance using SAP PM. Provide troubleshooting support, track KPIs for reliability and effectiveness, enforce safety and compliance, and develop/coaching the maintenance team to improve continuous performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead maintenance systems management to maximize capacity and minimize costs using root cause analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, and TPM.
•Delegate, plan, and organize maintenance work while enforcing safety policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations.
•Troubleshoot day-to-day operational and equipment issues to prevent recurring problems and reduce disruption.
•Partner with the Plant Engineer to design and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using the SAP PM module.
•Track and report maintenance performance KPIs (e.g., reliability, supplier performance, overall equipment effectiveness) to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (accredited four-year) and 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process/project.
•Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical areas (e.g., PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering) and the ability to plan resources in a large manufacturing environment.
•Thorough knowledge of world-class maintenance management systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, and TPM.
•Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
