Associate Director - Project Management - Aviation Energy Infrastructure (Cogeneration/CHP)

Lead end-to-end delivery of aviation energy infrastructure projects, including cogeneration (CHP) plants and central utility systems, across the NY/NJ region. Serve as an Owner’s Representative managing planning through construction and commissioning in active airport environments. Own project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, coordinate engineering/procurement/construction, and oversee cost and contract administration. Ensure safety, compliance, and effective stakeholder governance from design reviews through closeout.
