Job Summary

Support the Cisco EMEA Legal team with a focus on France, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including sales, software licensing, cloud, SaaS, and Data Processing agreements. Provide legal advice on privacy, collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, and deliver legal training. Use legal technology/contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms and AI tools to manage workflows, ensuring key information is communicated to management and business stakeholders.

•Draft and negotiate sales, software licensing, cloud, SaaS, and Data Processing agreements in line with business strategy.
•Provide legal advice on privacy and support strategic, cross-functional projects.
•Deliver legal training to business clients and internal stakeholders.
•Use legal technology/CLM platforms (including AI tools) to manage contract workflows.
•Communicate key information effectively to the management chain and business clients.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of commercial law experience obtained in-house for a large technology company.
•Completed your legal studies in France.
•Excellent written and oral English and French skills (fluency in other languages is a plus, especially Arabic).
•Demonstrated experience using legal technology or contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms to manage workflows, including AI tools.
