Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage large-scale, complex data centre projects in the real estate sector from feasibility through completion.
  • •Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and large-scale budgets for complex construction projects.
  • •Establish and maintain effective processes and systems used throughout the project.
  • •Monitor and report on project progress and performance indicators.
  • •Manage and coordinate clients, contractors, and designers, including chairing meetings and preparing communication materials and progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in an electrical or construction-related field and/or a trade qualification.
  • •Minimum 12 years’ construction work experience, including large-scale mission critical projects.
  • •Proven track record delivering hyperscale data centre projects from inception to completion.
  • •Client-facing experience at all levels with demonstrable communication and stakeholder management.
  • •Availability for on-site work and good knowledge of construction and data centre sector themes.
