Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent WSP’s Security Risk Management team with clients and stakeholders.
  • •Lead and deliver security risk assessments, strategic design work, and audits of existing facilities.
  • •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate security into complex built environment projects.
  • •Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • •Support business development by identifying opportunities, attending client meetings, and converting leads into project wins.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Security Risk Management, Physical Security Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • •8+ years’ experience in physical security within the built environment and/or management consulting.
  • •Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CSC (highly desirable).
  • •Proven track record delivering high-profile projects across commercial, mixed-use, residential, and critical infrastructure sectors.
  • •Strong client engagement and business development skills.
