Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and place purchase orders based on sales orders and order placement dates, ensuring accurate and timely issuance.
  • •Handle end-to-end purchasing tasks such as PO checks, vendor/factory communication, invoice parking, GR, and defect handling and resolution.
  • •Track purchase orders with factories until shipment readiness to SEA countries and perform intercompany and intra-region transfers.
  • •Maintain and update SAP vendor information and create new vendor codes when requested.
  • •Ensure proactive communication of issues across departments and support process improvements and ad-hoc tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field.
  • •Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in retail or wholesale.
  • •Experience supporting end-to-end purchasing processes including PO creation and checks.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • •English language skills.
