Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop sourcing strategy and supply chain strategy for key strategic Food and Non-Food categories for short to long term competitive advantages.
  • •Lead implementation of strategic supply models and supply chain solutions in collaboration with Brand, Planning, Sourcing, Raw Material Suppliers, Processing Suppliers, and Logistics.
  • •Supervise and coach team on root-cause analysis and strategic solutioning to prevent interruptions and repeat issues, including sourcing, contract review, price negotiation, product launches, and end-to-end supply chain execution.
  • •Supervise, explore and manage Supply Chain Operation Excellence; act as change driver for Supply Chain targets.
  • •Develop and propose improvements to AVP Commercial focusing on supply operational risk mitigation, total cost of ownership optimization, supply chain responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
